In addition to creating installations of beautifully framed images, Pictures For Living also creates finely crafted display “elements”. Alternative, creative sollutions. Hanging installations on walls is a powerful way of making them part of the environment, yet it is not the only way. We make three dimensional things, mostly out of wood, that can be used to support our framed pictures. This includes, among other things, book shelves uniquely created for the purpose of holding large frames while also being useful for all sorts of other things, like books. But not books just crammed onto shelves in a completely utilitarian way. Our shelving systems are made to be part of a Pictures For Living environment, which we hope is not a cluttered or unconsidered one
