The Pictures For Living exploration of the natural world is an adventure in itself. Pictures For Living is a shared journey and appreciation of nature's immense beauty with people who look at the pictures every day. 

A not for profit organization, Pictures For Living has a particular mission that is at the heart of our work. That mission is to donate pictures and picture installations to children's hospitals and shelters where the beauty of nature we believe will support peacefulness and hope. We believe in connecting people, especially children, experiencing physical or emotional hardship with soothing and healing images of nature.

Simple, minimalist images of nature evoke mindful experience, where our senses are awakened to the potential freedom and beauty of life itself. We even see our pictures and installations as part of a daily ritual of seeing, perhaps even a meditative experience, bringing a sense of serenity and inspiration.

As we have developed our concept we have realized there is more to creating a Pictures For Living environment than just pictures. We have even begun to think of our installations influencing the design of interior, and even potentially some exterior spaces. We are exploring possibilities there also, and hopefully always will be looking for new ways to improve the lives of children in need with images of nature.
